Chapter 6 'Broken' has been updated and thus I have officially caught up to the revisions I made over five years previous. This time, however, I am back better than ever.
It did get me to wonder how my story got as popular as it did, when every chapter I rewrite is super full of cringe. Seriously, what was it about ME:C that drew you all in? If someone else had posted a story like mine, all those years ago, I would have made a hard pass and swiped left.
This story was posted, what, nearly 10 years ago? FIM was the first fandom I ever read fanfic from (that has since changed) so I was early in developing my judgements for what was good fanfic-wise. A crossover of MLP and ME sounded intriguing so I read, and despite the lack of experience on my part discerning and yours writing, I found many things draw me in. The presence of Anderson, the mystery of Shepard's teeth, the potential interactions with Applebloom given her initial reaction, etc. Even if none of those things panned out, they still kept me interested. And if you actually finish the story after being gone so long that will be most incredible.

But in all seriousness, I should never have left this story to sit for so long. I know I wanted to post a new chapter in the 2nd week of April, but I will have to delay that a bit longer as my revisions are sucking up more time that I had anticipated.
