To give you a better explanation, last year, Kevin T. Porter tweeted about how Ellen is one of the meanest people alive and encouraged others to share their stories about her being mean. His tweet later blew up with thousands of comments from former staff who accused her talk show for being a toxic work environment (sexual harassment, racism, microaggressions) and others regarding her rude behaviour in general.
