I finished two fics today! One of which was even one I was supposed to be writing!
Yeah, I finished the first draft of my Sunflower fic for that contest. It's super cute and I'm pleased with it. I also belted out a short clop; fics I write in a single day usually do very well, but since in this case it's not in response to anything but my muse being a perv I think I can afford to ruin it by editing it to death.
In the meanwhile I am failing to do novels. Lets see. Outline of Frazzle novel is at 1,400 words. Outline of the Pillars of Society sequel no one asked for is at 700 words. Target for both is like, 10,000. Also I haven't been working on that original novel I'm supposed to be writing. 60,000 words isn't bad but I need to get it to at least 90,000 for it to be a proper fantasy novel by modern standards.
It's about a goat, but the way. The Last Goat1 or something I don't know.
I really wanna write smut today -- there are enough incomplete stories I could finish, to be sure. I should do almost anything else.
1 Actually the working title is Goat Song, which is a bad title if you don't get the pun and a worse one if you do.
