New story! + Other Announcements · 9:06am Mar 13th, 2021
Heeeeey. I don't do these blogs often, but I just wanted to unload some things that happened recently. Some good, some bad. But let's start with the positive, okay? I published a new story last week! The idea that has been bouncing around in my head for years has finally been put to paper, and the first three chapters are up and waiting to be read.
Now for some bad news. Actually really bad. My family was evicted last month, and so we're all kinda... between homes right now. For now, I have a way to keep writing, as it's now really the only thing I can do. I'm not really sure how long my current situation will last, or what I can do to make it better.
Second bit of bad news, if you enjoy Across the Dimensional Divide. Since I started writing it, it's just been a loose collection of story and setting ideas that change on a whim, and as my writing has improved, I've grown less fond of older chapters. I'm not cancelling it outright, but I'm putting it on hiatus while I focus on Stargazer and consider ideas for a potential rewrite.
Last bit of news. I've been holding onto a Patreon page for the past year because I wasn't sure if my sparse updates would be worth supporting. However, with the above announcements, I think I'm good with sharing the page to the public now. If you want to support me and what I do, you have a way to do that now. And honestly, I need all the support I can get. Link is here. Posts are infrequent, and as of yet there are no perks for supporters. If it gets any traction I'll see what I can come up with though.
