Seems a little worrying. I hope this site does not go down under. Know of places where I can port my stories over to just in case? I seen some other blogpost https://offprint.net/home seems good.

Let's just hope Knighty pulls through.

He sounds exactly like the bottom of a depressive episode/crisis. That sucks and can last for years, but it does get better. Wouldn't expect it to happen anytime soon though.

Good(ish) news, everyone: it was knighty venting, not a goodbye.

edit: Since some people seem confused, no Fimfiction isn't about to shut down...Also I'm not suicidal. I hate the idea of making people worry like that, so please don't start thinking Fimficiton or myself are about to disappear. I'm just miserable.

Having been where he is, he's quite right that all of those posts about "Well when I was sad, I did ____" and "Go see a therapist!" and "Talk to your friends!" are less than helpful, and quite grating. I feel like his blog post didn't give him the outlet he was hoping for.
