So...Interesting update.
I promised yall a short story by my lovely editor/beta-reader/co-creator this week.
That one-shot has morphed into a small sidestory that will be more than one chapter, that will be a Rubicon sidestory. Bruhahaha. We just finished the prologue, and oh maaaaaan. I can't wait to see your reactions, cuz hoo boy, its a doozy.
Now, the plan right now is to give you the prologue and the first chapter as a sort of taste of the story, and like the sidestory I have in the works--Cassandra's Cry--we'll be posting the chapters periodically, with its finale going up around the time of Arc 2's climax.
This was not what we had originally planned, but the ideas just sort of blossomed into something beautiful, and we worked really hard shaping it today. We both hope you end up liking the results, even if maybe our words end up punching you in the feelings a little bit.
Or a lot.
...I'll make sure I set out a box of tissues.

Oh dont worry. I'm pushing my way to 450K on Rubicon's document. Did you know that I discovered the length limit on a google doc? (About 490 pages, just for the record.)
