So I've been thinking lately about this fandom and my place in it and I've decided some of my fics need to go.
Specifically, the porn fics. It's not that I'm ashamed or embarrassed that I wrote them, but I've kind of come to a realization that writing porn in a high school setting at my age can come off as kinda creepy, even if the characters portrayed are meant to be 18+.
So, consider this your heads up. On March 9, I'll be removing Preliminary Tour, Sunset Sexytimes, Stupid Sexy Stereotypes, and MotherFlutters from the site. They may or may not appear again under a new account, but those four are going to be going away under the Shallow15 name. The "sex comedy" type stories like my BCU works, or Flash Sentry's Inappropriately Hot Mom are going to stick around. It's only the more explicit stuff that will be going away.
So if you like those stories and want to have them available to you, I suggest you download them in the next week. I make no guarantees whether they'll show up again in the future.

They could also end up on the FIMFetch archive site once you do.
The reason I say that is I've seen stories that were removed/deleted from here end up over there.

That being said, I will definitely miss those fics being on the site.
That sucks, I liked some of those stories. I can see the reasoning behind your choice, though.
That's not an accurate or interesting conclusion to arrive at *and* deleting your work is a particularly poor action to take in response to it.

Sad to say, it's not hard to see where he's coming from, and his alternative could be deleting everything as well as his account, since it can have RL consequences, since potential employers will find his works when they look into whether he's someone they want working for them, and if they don't like even one, that can be what sends his life into the gutter long enough that he doesn't live long enough to climb out.
And don't get me wrong, I agree that the content inside should not be why a story is deleted, be it subject material, quality if it was simply only good enough back in the day, a change in personal interests, or just the passage of time.
I'm just saying I can see why he'd think this to be the right move.
