Anyone else here play Age of Empires 2? I got Age of Empires 2 2013, and the Age of Empires 2 Definitive Edition.
My favorite civilisation is the Persians. Because Elephants. I mostly play high resources, non ranked games so I can spam them.

I don't really have a fave civ to play as... possibly scotland... idk, it's been a while since i played. If you like AoE, though, should check out age of mythology. Same gameplay, but with acts of god, and one of the two wonder buildings is an avatar of your god to go smash your foes with... the other one is traditional wonder.
I vaguely remember playing what I'm pretty sure was the original AoE2, on account of being way before 2013.
Got definitive this last Christmas and now started playing through the campaigns. Not much of a online player.
And if I recall my last playthrough was in 2008.
Aoe 2 probably the only game that recognize my civilization
