“A changeling?” The centaur seemed surprised, before turning to the filly next to him. “See? She get it!”

Cozy just rolled her eyes.

“Chrysalis,” her voice rang within the cave’s walls as she introduced herself. “Queen of the Changelings. Or at least, I will be-“

“Soooo your aren’t a queen,” Cozy stated in a matter of factly tone, though she smiled innocently as always.

Chrysalis scowled. “I was queen. Before that Starlight Glimmer took my hive and converted them to the weak bugs they are now.”

The pegasus lifted an eyebrow. “Still doesn’t make you a queen, Queenie.”

“How dare you speak to me that way!”

“I’m just saying,” the filly lifted her hooves defensively. “Maybe try and come up with an introduction that is accurate. Like, the words ‘I will be’ sounds like you are a princess, and that you are bitter at your mother for being queen or something. I’d say ‘ex-queen’ or ‘exiled queen’ or even ‘hippie-rejection queen’ would work-“

“I feel utterly insulted!”

“You should be.”
