Trump does have a bit of culpability in the Capitol Diet Boog. He may not have cheered it on, but his comments and actions helped build enough of an atmosphere that made it more likely to happen.

It's not enough culpability for a criminal conviction. Was what he did messed up? Yes. Was it criminal? Hell no. And the Dems knew it from the get-go. They knew they didn't have the votes to convict, but they pushed ahead because it:
A) further stained Trump's record as having been the only president to be impeached twice.
B) Thanks to the media's cheer-leading, they have more fuel for the "Republicans are evil" fire.
TL:DR, I can't wait for the USS Donald J. Trump aircraft carrier to be commissioned because the tears will be delicious, and I wouldn't be shocked if the Donald Trump Presidential Library gets defaced within ten seconds of opening.

Well I wouldn't say hate. I don't see where he has culpability. That'd be like saying someone on twitter with a massive amount of followers pointing out someone who's done something insanely bad, like... Pedophilia, and then saying "Speak up peacefully, don't threaten, don't interact. Make others aware of the danger this person represents." Then said person gets barn stormed and death threatened off the internet. I don't agree with it, but the original poster doesn't control the actions of others.
Trump stated, go there and protest peacefully, make your voices heard. He didn't tell anyone to storm the capitol building. He came out and said go in peace, stop this foolish behavior when he became aware of it. (On top of the fact that he was still in the middle of his speech when the storming happened, and it was planned... Days before. Which apparently we, and the Capitol Police weren't aware of until it's only now been put out publicly... By democrat members of Congress... During the impeachment. You can't incite people to riot if the riot was pre-planned, and I highly doubt Trump was the one organizing that.

The 'used private money to pay off a blackmailer instead of campaign funds' charge that Cohen pled guilty to is not actually a crime, it's an element of the plea deal he signed that the prosecution threw in just to make Trump look bad. If Trump had paid off the blackmailer with *campaign* funds, he would have been in the wrong, since established case law shows that's a campaign finance violation. There's a whole string of events like this where the press and the Dems have made mountains out of molehills. That's not to say there are no mountains, but they're much the same mountains he's been climbing since he started in the down-and-dirty field of New York real estate.
The Dems have been promising raw meat to their base over four years, ever since he beat Hillary. They're not going to be very happy with a couple of hot dogs and some tofu. It's going to get worse before it gets better.
