NegotationsVerse Post War Timeline (Note: Goes Only To Ten Years) · 10:51pm Feb 12th, 2021
Here it is everyone, the Post-War timeline. I'm only going to Ten Years, however. Everything after that can be read about in Rest and Future. To check out the Pre-War and War Timeline go here: https://www.fimfiction.net/blog/936721/negotationsverse-timeline-of-major-events.
Please be reminded that just because I've created a canon timeline doesn't mean you cannot do your own timeline in the NegotationsVerse if you wish to make your own story in this universe. Feel free to change or add whatever you want to this. This also might help people want to focus on certain events as single stories or even the war from the perspective of certain characters only in their stories.
As always, I have plenty of ideas on what kind of stories can be done or told in the NegotationsVerse or if you want feedback for your own idea I'd be happy to give my thoughts on it.
Anyway here is the timeline. I only go by year, not by month and day. I'm not that meticulous. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF I SCREWED SOMETHING UP I WILL FIX IT
AN: This timeline only goes to 10 years. The rest is explained in the stories Rest and Future.
Year 2050 (1 Years After Conversion War)
-Peace accord is signed by Equestria and the U.N. It is agreed to have Equestria under military occupation for ten years before another evaluation is made to see if the military stays longer or not. The Equestrian Military is dismantled as is the Nobility, Government, Secret Service, and Education system. The Church of Harmony is allowed to be maintained and towns and cities are allowed to have their own police force, but answer to the Human Military.
-Princess Twilight has Princess Celestia’s comatose body given to the U.N. where she is secretly taken to a private medical facility in Paris, France.
-Rainbow Dash and Applejack meet up with Sweetie Drops and formally join the Freedom Fighters.
-Princess Twilight assists in rounding up close members of Princess Celestia’s inner circle for interrogation. Twilight raids her former mentor's private study, finding her personal project papers of her plans to create a Pony Only Utopia for Earth after Converting as much of the human population while destroying the rest or letting the rest be destroyed by barrier. Proof of her knowing the fate of leaving their old world to it’s doomed fate is also revealed.
-Princess Twilight reveals to the world, including Equestria, the tragic fate of their homeworld and revelation of Celestia’s manipulations. Many refuse to believe it at first, but upon a few days of thinking, and seeing the physical evidence, most of Equestria falls into a state of guilt, rage, and sorrow. The Church of Harmony is disbanded with temples, statues, and art of the Princesses ruined, raided, and destroyed. Some more guilty ponies kill themselves in despair. However, there are still fanatical believers who still think that Princess Celestia is a goddess or do not believe what Twilight says in general. Some don’t care. Most of them joint the Freedom Fighters
-The Great Raid of the Canterlot Castle occurs where citizens raid the place and take everything nailing down and vandalize it. Princess Luna's tomb is desecrated on the outside, but left alone inside.
-The U. N. announces that Princess Celestia is in a coma, but will receive a trial if or upon waking up. If she doesn’t wake up in ten years she will be killed in her sleep.
-Refugee centers are made for the numerous ponies who have lost their homes. Discord uses his magic along with human engineers to start repairing the damage, however the Crystal Empire is still to radiated to do anything. The Great and Powerful Trixie is among them and befriends a human named Xu Lin.
Year 2051 (2 Years After Conversion War)
-Princess Twilight gives an apology speech at the UN, swearing to fix the crimes that her mentor and her people have done to humanity. Lyra Heartstrings and Discord are named heroes along with numerous others in humanities eyes. Fluttershy marries her lover, Dr. Martin Gardener and adopts three children, two humans and one pony, who lost their parents in the war.
-Humans move back into their own lands as reconstruction efforts on Equestria and Human Society are underway.
-A good portion of Equestria’s ponies leave Equestria to start new lives in the human lands. They face discrimination, but accept this due to feeling like they deserve it. Some humans start moving to Equestria to live new lives. Despite tensions, everything is handled as well as can be.
-Lyra Heartstrings marries Flash Sentry
-Twilight Sparkle tries to find Applejack and Rainbow Dash, but they have disappeared off the map. She labels them M.I.A.
-The Great and Powerful Trixie and Xu Lin start going out as a couple.
-More ponies join the Freedom Fighters with their deaths faked or declared MIA. This includes, Cloudkicker, Snips and Snails, Daring Doo, Limestone Pie, Lighting Dust, and Roseluck.
Year 2052 (3 Years After Conversion War)
-Thanks to magic, advanced technology, and Discord, human and pony cities and towns start to be rebuilt. Magic and technology is named “Magitech” and starts to become more commonly used by both sides.
-The Freedom Fighters start doing small raids and crimes to gain resources, but for the most part are not known publicly yet.
-Memorials are set all over the world at various locations for the loss of life in the war. In Equestria, Princess Twilight personally puts up the ones for the Crystal Empire, Canterlot, and Ponyville.
-Due to the decline of the Crystal Pony race, its few survivors, all sterile or too few to repopulate, are given their own remote town to live out their days. They name it Summerland, one of the names given to an old pre-Equestria religion's afterlife.
-With pony traditions and faith pretty much gone, most ponies now adapt to human ones or become atheists.
-Lyra Sentry has her first foal, a colt she names Alex in honor of a human she befriended who died in the war.
-Twilight plans to start a formation of a new Equestrian Government once she eventually steps down from power. The U.N. also starts plans to start a new united government of the Earth's nations that will take a hundred years to form.
-Princess Twilight destroys the spell that made her an alicorn in the first place so that none will be made again.
-U.N. Ambassador Anthony Doyle becomes President of the United States and works with Twilight Sparkle to restore both their nations. Anthony Doyle publicly asks the people to put aside their hatred for ponykind to remind them that they too are victims of Princess Celestia. Discrimination goes down 50 percent later in the year
Year 2053 (4 Years After Conversion War)
-Braeburn and his husband adopt two fillies as daughters
-Lyra Sentry has her second child, a filly name Sweet Sound.
-The Equestrian Freedom Fighters bomb several buildings in both human and Equestrian lands. Videos of them, including Rainbow Dash and Applejack, performing these actions are spread across the internet.
-EFF announces themselves to the world, urging ponies to overthrow the human invaders, find and rescue Princess Celestia, rebel and overthrow the "Traitor" Twilight Sparkle, and take back their lands; a manifesto is spread as well. They also urge the deaths of Lyra and her family, Fluttershy, and Discord.
-Twilight Sparkle disavows the EFF and declares them a terrorist organization that the U.N. follows in labeling enemy number one. Twilight also allows a kill on sight order for her former friends Applejack and Rainbow Dash.
-EFF continues to cause terrorist attacks on both humans and ponies as a few more followers join. In one of these attacks, Xu Lun is killed much to Trixie’s horror and swears revenge for her beloved girlfriend.
Year 2054 (5 Years After Conversion War)
-The Great and Powerful Trixie joins the EFF, but plans on destroying it from within in revenge for Xu Lin. She uses her past hatred against Twilight as an excuse to get inside and starts sending secret messages and warnings about EFF Attacks to the authorities.
-Princess Twilight and Fluttershy meet for the first time in years and renew their friendship.
-Lyra Sentry has her third child, a colt she names Flash Step.
-60 percent of all the previous destroyed territory for both humanity and Equestria is fixed thanks to help from Discord.
-The EFF plan the Assassination of Twilight Sparkle.
Year 2055 (6 Years After Conversion War)
-Princess Celestia awakens from her coma. Riots around the world are held when it is learned that she will be put on trial rather than outright killed.
-The EFF try to rescue Princess Celestia, but are thwarted. Daring Doo is killed in battle. Her books are soon burned by most ponies on the revelation she was one of them.
-Princess Celestia is tried for her crimes at Geneva. To the shock of all she pleads guilty, and accepts all blame for what has happened. She is sentenced for execution later this year.
-The EFF try again to rescue Princess Celestia, they fail.
-Princess Celestia exchanges final words with Princess Twilight before being executed. Her ashes are scattered across the winds.
-The EFF hold a funeral for Princess Celestia.
-The EFF go forward with trying to assassinate Princess Twilight Sparkle, but The Great and Powerful Trixie gives a heads up warning just hours before the operation goes through.
-Despite their best efforts, the EFF failed to assassinate Twilight Sparkle. Limestone Pie, Snips, and Lighting Dust are killed in the efforts. The Great and Powerful Trixie helps save Princess Twilight from her former friends and is mortally wounded by Applejack before they retreat. Despite Twilight’s efforts, Trixie dies from her wounds. Her final dying request was to be buried next to Xu Lin.
-A statue of Trixie is made in honor of her sacrifice at her gravestone.
Year 2056 (7 Years After Conversion War)
-The U.N. and Equestria agree to train a joint military task force dedicated to wiping out the EFF and to help heal tensions. Captain Dominique Dantes of France is chosen as it’s captain with Lt. Sandbar, who survived the war, is made her second in command. The Joint Task Force is named Centaur.
-Multiple operations are done for Task Force Centaur as they engage against the EFF over the coming months in multiple conflicts.
-Task Force Centaur prevents assassination of Lyra Sentry and her family.
Year 2057 (8 Years After Conversion War)
-Ponyville is finally cleared of its rubble. Remains of various ponies are found, identified and given proper burial in a newly made graveyard. Ponyville is not made into a new city or town, but the memorial is increased in size and shape.
-Task Force Centaur manages to find out the location of the main base for the EFF.
-The U.N. Army, Task Force Centaur, and human military trained pony divisions attack the main HQ. Spike the Dragon goes along as well to represent Twilight.
-After hours of fighting, the EFF is destroyed. Most members are killed, committed suicide, or captured and later sentenced to life or execution. Some members escape and try to continue the fight, but they never are as much of a threat as before and eventually hunted down over the years until the last one is killed six years later. Elements of Harmony Applejack and Rainbow Dash are KIA. Leader revealed to be Agent Sweetie Drops aka Bon Bon who committed suicide while wrapped in an Equestrian Flag.
-Twilight Sparkle, Spike, Fluttershy, Discord, and Braeburn hold private funerals for Applejack and Rainbow Dash in Ponyville’s remains where they are buried in an unmarked grave.
-Lyra Sentry holds a private funeral for Sweetie Drops before her ashes are scattered to the wind.
Year 2058 (9 Years After Conversion War)
-Twilight helps start the process of turning Equestria into a Republic.
-Spike decides to attend college.
-Fluttershy writes an autobiography of her life. It becomes a hit.
-Lyra Sentry has her fourth child, a colt, she names him Billy.
Year 2059 (10 Years After Conversion War)
-U.N decides to keep occupation going, but eases more restrictions.
-Princess Twilight officially steps down as Princess of Equestria but continues to provide advice while working on reversing the Conversion Potion.
-Holiday in remembrance of the end of the Conversion War officially made.

She was still trying to be an entertainer. When the invasion happened she tried to avoid being recruited, but got caught and sent to fight. However, her commanding officer surrendered the city when the humans appeared and she lived in an occupied refugee area until the war ended.
Good job again with the ”nutshell-”timeline.
Oh, and how Derpy’s life was before, during and after the war in a nutshell?

is nagging at me for some reason. I think it the placement or how high it is, it goes down 3% is good enough to great the ball going showing how people view are a changing. Or have that place after Celestia admit that she guilty so pony and human realize the blame of fighting pointless. It one thing to find evidence but it an other to get it from person directly. I like this but have one question:
Why wouldn't Celestia also leave notes about their sun dying, the interdimensional evacuation, Sunset Shimmer (who's death was a key factor in their anti-human bias), and the other things revealed in "Truth"? Even if she was trying to hide that by not writing it down why not similarly hide the other things?

I just had a thought about Starlight's "suicide" in this timeline.
Given all the deviations from canon were due to Celestia's plans and the parallels between them and Starlight's village, would Celestia have reason to off Starlight like other dissenters as they'd make ponies question the morality of Celestia's actions (Starlight would have called out any similarities in Celestia's doings to justify herself)?
And/or was it without Sunset Twilight never had the impetus to offer Starlight redemption, Equestria already becoming less friendly, or did Celestia not descend to such villainy until arriving on earth and the unforeseen factors there pushed her over the edge?

Starlight was captured by Twilight and she was sent to prison for what she did. Twilight did try to help but she killed herself both out of despair and spite. Celestia had nothing to do with that.

Starlight is such a refutation of the fundamentals for a TCB work that acknowledging her in any capacity is a step forward for the TBC deconstruction genre.

Fancy and his wife Flur didn't part take in any of the fighting. Neither could stomach just how bad and rotten things had gotten and so they fled Equestria when they had the chance. They did lose their nobility, but were able to sell their belongs to keep them afloat until they managed to get new jobs and raise a family of their own in suburban France. They did eventually move back after the war to reclaim their old assets and stuff and liquidate them for their children and their children children before returning to France to live out the rest of their days.
Only One Bone I have to pick with this.
