A buddy of mine finally gained the courage to come out to trans to her parents...
And they cut off her tuition, left her defenseless, broke, without a car or insurance or anything, denounced her as their kid, and basically left her without anything to her name.
In the middle of a worldwide pandemic, to boot.

It shouldn't even matter how they orient themselves, honestly. People are people. And you shouldn't be metaphorically and literally left out to die in the cold because your parents don't like how you like to see yourself.
I mean maybe unless you're a nazi or a serial murder or something.
