What do you think about G5 movie and potential series will take place in same continuity as G4 FIM Show? · 8:01am Feb 5th, 2021
According to Hasbro, the G5 film and potential series will expand the world of G4's Friendship is Magic but it set in the near future and focusing on new generation of ponies and the unexplored corner of Equestria.
Personally, I'm glad that Hasbro chose to continuing focusing on The world of iconic Friendship is Magic cause when it comes to My Little Pony, G4 is the one that everyone will going to remember the most.
Plus, they can explores on stuffs that G4 Show was unable to explores.
I wouldn't be surprised that despite Tara Strong states Twilight won't be part of G5, Twilight, other Mane Six and some memorable G4 MLP character makes a cameo appearance in potential G5 series but much older since it set in near future.
But who know?

Totally stupid and unacceptable. First off, Season 9 sucked and it needs to be officially revised. Everyone else that’s related to it must also be revised accordingly. G5 is no exception. It can’t have any reference to the major events of S9 or else it will have to be rewritten, or worst, cancelled altogether.
