How to Catch a Rarity - Where Is It? · 1:32pm Jan 28th, 2021
If you've been here long enough, you'll know of my How to Catch Series. In said series, I use an OC named Dom the Human and Rainbow Dash. Together, they prank and 'catch' their friends, either literally or in the sense they catch them so off guard their brains short circuit...figuratively speaking.
When it comes down to it, each story takes turns with each character, starting with Applejack. Then Twilight, then Fluttershy and then Pinkie Pie...but not Rarity. Why is this? Well, allow me to explain.
How to Catch a Rarity is actually set right now but it has not been written as of yet. The reason for this is because I don't want to continue it, and probably not for a long while. Not because I have no ideas - because I definitely do! - but there hasn't been much time lately to do anything and it's also a very shitty time. It's been a long time that I've used that 'excuse', but it's the truth.
I'm moving back home soon. Sometime in February now that January is almost done with. Or, in worst case, it could lead up to early March. I have a lot of things I need to do before I can chill out again. I've spent recent times being a mix of angry, stressed, depressed, sick, terrified and borderline lonely. It's been a rough road trying to move all of my stuff back in in a way that works out for my reserved time. Oh, and I've been forced to leave time to be able to sleep for once. Lost a LOT of sleep thanks to panic attacks and my sickness, which sucks hard.
It will be written one of these days, but How to Catch a Rarity isn't going to exist for a while, so be prepared for a long wait. I know some are eager to see it and also How to Catch a Rainbow Dash. That hasn't been composed yet, but it's in the maybe file. This could go in any direction I desire, but we'll have to wait and see for the time being. At least until I sort myself out, house wise and health wise. That approximate of time has yet to be made known.
Please bear with me and we'll see where this leads to in the future. Once my head is clear and I can stop worrying about literally everything, the sooner I'll be back in a place where my mind can have the capacity to write and think.
