Progress on the Overhaul · 5:27am Jan 26th, 2021
I've managed to get the first two chapters done with the Overhaul process. I think you guys will find it to be a vast improvement. However, I'm not quite ready on releasing these overhauled chapters. Mainly since I'm trying to figure out which would be the best way to publish them.
I could go back to chapter one, replace the old text with the overhauled text, and mark (Overhauled) in the title to clue you guys in. But any new readers would end up getting stumped over the sudden jump of quality, or rather degradation of quality if they decided to pick up the story now with only two overhauled. I could accept that and just continue overhauling the rest.
Or, I could wait to publish them until I have an amount of revised chapters that I'd be satisfied with. I could even publish a new chapter to go alongside it so it doesn't seem like I'm cheating you guys out of this story.
I could also always post these overhauled chapters on the blog first, then wait until later to actually post them on the story. That could just be unnecessary work and I will have to ponder my decisions more.
Anyway, let me show you some artwork. One I just finished that will be featured in the Overhauled first chapter!
