There of course are numerous fanfics where someone gets transported into Equestria, or inserted into an existing character. Let's try a different take, for a character that could use some Magic of Friendship and a boost.
Twilight Sparkle, heroine of Equestria, replaces Sakura Haruno, Genin of the Village Hidden in the Leaves. She's a normal ninja human being (though with her trademark hair... And skin).
Yeah, she's starting at Level One. But imagine the fun to be had! Especially if her friends follow her and try to jump to the same universe! And maybe find out what happened to Sakura Haruno.

Well, Theoretically you've replaced Twilight with a usefull Ninja. Most of Sakura's uselessness came from her "Fangirling" over an Angsty Emo Ninja who is also useless despite his Cheating Eye bloodline.

After two decades reading first the timeloop stories by Innortal and then the whole genre that sprung from them, I really don't care what happened to Pinkie: all I hope is that she doesn't come back.
