1. What's your favorite game of all time?
Fantasy Life. An honorable mention would go to almost literally any Mario game, or Scribblenauts.

2. What's a game you thought you'd like but actually hated?
One word: Snipperclips. Another word: boring. I didn’t like Crayola: Scoot either, so I haven’t touched either of those games since.

3. What's a really popular game everyone seems to love but you don't like?
Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle.

4. What's a game you didn't expect to enjoy but ended up liking?
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Long story: a group of my friends at school (it was an after-school club) had a Nintendo Switch out and were playing this game, so I decided “eh, I’ll give it a to” and just like that, I got hooked into it.

5. What game have you spent the most amount of hours on?
I’m gonna take a wild guess and say Super Mario Odyssey. All those dang moons…

6. If you had to marry the last video game character you played, who would it be?
Well, the last game I played was Super Mario Galaxy thanks to Super Mario 3D All-Stars so…

7. If you had to live in the world of the last game you played, what world would it be?
Again, Super Mario Galaxy.

8. Have you ever had a crush on a video game character?
When I was a kid, I thought Sonic the hedgehog was pretty hot (and he still is, not gonna lie). Now, I’m more of a Shadow fan.

9. What was the first game you ever remember playing?
That’s a tough one. I’ve been playing the DS since I was like, 5-7.

10. Have you ever pretended to be sick to get out of something so you could play a game?
Okay, that’s an oddly specific scenario, and no, I have never done it.

11. What game did you last complete?
Scribblenauts Unlimited (on the Nintendo Switch).

12. What game are you playing right now?
Super Mario 3D All-Stars. Specifically, Super Mario Galaxy.

13. What game do you want to play next?
Drawn To Life: Two Realms sounds like a good choice.

14. In your opinion, what is the best games console? The Nintendo Switch, by a mile.

15. Are PC gamers really superior to console players? Oh heck no.

Probably not.

Nope.

19. Have you ever used a walkthrough?
Yeah. More than once. Specifically whenever I’m stuck somewhere.

20. What's the best weapon you've ever used in a game?
Hm… tough one. Most of the games I play don’t actually have weapons. The closest game I play a lot that has weapons would be Super Smash Bros Ultimate.

21. Have you ever had to stop playing a game because it was too scary?
No. As much as I like watching people play horror games, I haven’t found the time to actually try one myself.

22. Has a game's storyline ever made you cry?
Don’t think so.

23. What's your favorite fighting class: warrior, mage, or rogue, and why?
Hm… I’m gonna go with either rogue or warrior, since they sound badass as hell.

24. What's your favorite game genre?
Adventure.

25. Do you prefer multiplayer games or to go solo?
When it comes to games like Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, I prefer multiplayer. Other times, I’m fine with solo.

26. Do you prefer co-op or player vs player?
Player vs player.

27. What is the first console you ever owned?
A DS.

28. What or who got you into video games in the first place?
I’m gonna say my older brother got me into these things.

29. What is the longest amount of time you have sat playing games non-stop?
I don’t really keep track of how long I’ve been playing, so I can’t really answer this one.

30. If video games didn't exist anymore, what would you do?
Cry.

31. What is your favorite song from a game?
“Jump up, Superstar” (Super Mario Odyssey) and “Angel of Darkness” (Tomb Raider).

32. Have you ever wanted to live in a world from a game? If so, which one and why?
Eh, not really.

33. Which video game character do you most wish you were like?
I don’t have the foggiest idea. All I know is that it would NOT be Princess Peach.

34. What's a game you've spent the most amount of money on?
Crayola: Scoot. That damn thing cost at least $29.99

35. If you could have one power of any video game character, who would it be?
I think I’d enjoy shooting ink like an Inkling.

36. Who do you usually choose as your fighter in Super Smash Brothers/Soul Calibur?
In Super Smash Brothers, I sometimes go for Sonic and Kirby, but most of the time I play as Inkling. Specifically this one:

Uh… XBOX.

38. What are you hoping for at the next E3?
Never been to one.

39. Who is your favorite villain from a video game and why?
DJ Octavio from the Splatoon series. Cause face it; he’s too damn cool.

40. What is your favorite game from your childhood?
Super Mario 64 DS. I also like Animal Crossing.

41. Are there any games you're really bad at?
Can’t really think of any, unfortunately.

42. Have you ever seen somebody get really angry when they lose?
You have no idea.

43. What's your favorite game series of all time?
Definitely the Mario franchise.

44. What's more important: action or story?
As a writer, I would say story. I’ve heard of a few people who will play it for the engaging storyline and not the gameplay.

45. Is there a game that is considered to be really bad but is your secret guilty pleasure?
Not really.

46. If you could have any video game character as your best friend, who would it be?
Sonic and Knuckles sound like pretty cool guys.

47. If you could marry any game character, who would it be?
Uhhh… Shadow the Hedgehog. I guess.

48. Would you rather have loads of time to play games but only be able to buy two games a year, or be able to buy loads of games but never have much time to play them?
Both of those things sound pretty tragic, but for the sake for answering, I’d go for the first of those two.

49. In your opinion, what is the worst game of all time that you've played?
No clue.

50. Would you give up video games for life and receive $500,000 in cash, or would you refuse the money?
I never thought I’d be the one to say this, but I would refuse the money big time.
