Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!

So, small update... nothing got done. Just didn't have enough motivation to do any writing (also, procrastination), which is a bummer, but I do have things set up for when I FINALLY get back into it. Maybe after the new year will yield better results. In the meantime, if you haven't already, why don't you check out "Beautiful Stories For Ugly Children"? It's got a Hearths' Warming chapter called "Silent Night", and it's my first official stab at a holiday story. Sure, I wrote it last year, but I think it's still fresh.

On the upside, I've been having a good time, keeping myself entertained by practicing Vergil in DMC5. Finally figured out how his basic side combo moves work, and have been just enjoying the slicey-dicey results. Also, been playing more Pokemon SoulSilver (which has very much proved to be a surprisingly relaxing game), and Parasite Eve (perfect for the holidays, lol). It's been a fun little while, even through these stressful times. Honestly, I think we all need a little fun in out lives about now...

As for tomorrow, I've got a nice meal all lined up to cook, including scalloped potatoes, brussel sprouts, and a nice, modest chicken, just for me and my darlin'. Aside from that, we'll probably be watching a few Christmas movies and specials on the downtime (including The Grinch, Elf, A Christmas Carol, and Wakko's Wish).

After that, I'm probably just gonna game ALL day on the 26th. Not much of a birthday present, but hey, it's what I love, and my most favorite hobby.

To anyone that still reads my garbage blog posts and my goofy-ass stories... I hope you are having a happy holiday, no matter who you spend it with, no matter what it is, and that you have an excellent new year... because, by God, we NEED a good year after this nonsense.
