I had intended to drop a whole new story start to finish by 12/31, but that ship has long since sailed. I want to go into a few behind-the-scenes things as to why, and where I've been.
I shouldn't need to tell you that this year has been hard on everyone, and I'm no exception. Contrary to my last post, I have gotten hardly anything done, and things are only just now starting to settle down for me. That means, however, I hope to start ramping productivity up. But I haven't been doing nothing, and that brings me to the next point:
I've started not just one but four new mlp fics, RGRE AIE one and all (but my personal brand of it, and if you don't trust me with it, why are you watching me, considering the only story I've so far posted?). FimFic, however, does not allow me to post them in the form their first drafts take. This was also the case with FALS, and why it dropped in one big chunk six weeks after I'd finished writing it. That means this place has been a ghost zone, since I can't post things I write as I write them. They are as follows:
All That Nature Makes: This is the FALS sequel following Nova that I've posted about being in the works. There are only three scenes written for the introduction so far, and while a low priority it is still being worked on.
Bolt From The Blue: Anon is a hunter with a mare-wife and a curious genetic freak of a daughter. He hunts magical monsters while the three of them are on a quest to figure out what his little filly's cutie mark means.
In A Better Light: An 18th century naval campaign is transported to Equestria after a disastrous battle. He works to restore his honor in Luna's service, and ends up uncovering a sinister plot while working on a diplomatic issue with Raven Inkwell.
Keenest Sense Of Duty: A young adult Flurry seeks to escape the well-intentioned but stifling control of her parents, to figure out what the lives of her subjects-to-be is really like. She meets some curious beings in an Equestrian frontier town.

I'd toss ya the bits if I could. I look forward to All That Nature Makes and Keenest Sense Of Duty the most. Gah, who am I kidding. I'm looking forward to all of 'em.
Well, I'm taking in a new job next week. If it pans out I'm definitely throwing my hat into the ring, even though I read this story long ago it's definitely something I come back to every time I want some feel-goods.
Loved your first work. Doesn't look like your patreon's active, so any updates on the other stories?
