So, I've been seeking out Christmas music lately to revel in the season as it seems to fast be slipping by, and I have noticed that it is difficult for me to find traditional carols. I know they exist, and I have found many, but every time I find a playlist on YouTube or wherever, it just seems way shorter than it should be. I mean, aren't there like thousands of traditional carols? Did it just seem like there were a lot more when I was a kid?
Christmas themed songs, I can find a plenty! Anyway, it's just something odd that I noticed. But I suppose it is even more odd that I can't remember any carols that I can't find... so... maybe I'm just over thinking it?
Looking back on 2020, I see that I put out exactly two stories. Now that's a lot more than the one I put out in 2019, and one of them was far more ambitious than anything I had done since finishing The Last Cutie Mark Crusader. I don't feel bad for not having a larger body of work, as I am pleased with how most of it has come out. While I'm in between projects, I've been rethinking what I'm doing here, and I definitely need to do more proper fanfics... since this is a fanfic site... so, in 2021, I hope to complete at least two short stories, maybe more if I can find the time. By proper fanfics, I mean the kind that either have none, or do not so heavily rely on OC's that I created. I have no problem with OC's, but I do not like ponysona types. I mean, if you like them, I don't have a problem with it, but they're not something I'm interested in creating. I feel sad that people tend to not give OC's a chance because they have seen so many bad ones... and I can't blame them. Anyway, I'm going to focus on Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash as my victim- SUBJECTS! I mean subjects for the upcoming shorts. Maybe after that I'll do another installment of The Forgotten... which is all OC's... I haven't decided yet, and there are many days before I need to worry about it.
