10am. Brunch. Mimosa, grapefruit. Calories- 210.

12pm. Lunch. Sandwich and half soup/salad, cider. Calories- 650.

2pm. Tea time. Tea and teacakes or crumpets. Calories- 180.

4pm. Brillig. Remaining half of salad or soup, cakes with jam, mulled wine mixed with tea. Calories- 320.

6pm. Dinner. Fish, chips, peas and carrots, beer. Calories- 515.

8pm. Supper. Apple pie, ice cream, whipped cream, brandy. Calories- 495.

Total calories- 2980. (Medium-large human, physically active.)

note: smaller and less physically active humans may need less alcohol, which is a primary source of calories and manna for humans. - Princess Twilight Sparkle.
