4pm. Brillig. Remaining half of salad or soup, cakes with jam, mulled wine mixed with tea. Calories- 320.
6pm. Dinner. Fish, chips, peas and carrots, beer. Calories- 515.
8pm. Supper. Apple pie, ice cream, whipped cream, brandy. Calories- 495.
