    Happy St. Patrick's Day🍀☘️

Currently doing a bar crawl in Downtown (ok so we started in Corktown and are making our way through any good AVAILABLE bar today) with some friends and a couple of co-workers of mine, who we unintentionally ran into. Turns out great minds think alike! Ironically I'm the "Uber Call Girl" tonight so...unfortunately can't get TOO wasted (plus I actually have work tomorrow...couldn't call off).

My Thoughts on the movie "Mulan (2020)" · 3:59am Dec 5th, 2020

It was rather good. I admit on the technical side, there were quite a few flaws, and while the lack of songs distorted me a bit, it was good to at least hear them in instrumentals. Bonus that we got double Christina Aguilera in the credits and doubles of the song "Reflection" in English and Chinese (what dialect I don't know BUT I do know that the actress who played Mulan did sing Reflection in Chinese for the end credits)!! That's one highlight. Overall...not bad! Would I watch it again on Disney+ out of boredom...probably.
Overall rating: 5.5:yay:s/10

Gald you liked it. I hated it. Boring as Hell

Oh don't get me wrong, there were times where the plot had me thinking "Shouldn't I just say f**k it and watch the original film instead!", yet those were far apart enough to be satisfactory at best, mediocre at worst.

I don't mind Disney putting their own spin on it and wanting to try new things but the fact that they made Malun perfect, filmed in a concentration camp, and made all the characters boring, there was nothing for me to take from this movie

I humbly accept your statements and opinions. Personally I expected such controversies to occur with this film (I mean...it's a NON-PIXAR, Live-Action remake of an existing film. That's bound straight for controversial!) and the effects to have little to no immediate concern to the primary branch of Walt Disney Pictures. They can offer their half-assed statements, but they knew what they were doing the whole production period.
