My Sister’s Pet Rabbit Passed Away… · 6:15pm Dec 2nd, 2020
Just last night, my sister’s beloved pet rabbit passed away. Unfortunately, he had what I can best describe (which shouldn’t be taken so literally) as a tumor forming in his throat that increased his blood pressure. He took medication for it for a few months, and according to my sister, when she checked on him last night, he was breathing harder than usual and he felt a little cold. She figured something might have been wrong with him, and just this morning, she found out that he had passed away when we went to sleep. She’s heartbroken, and so was I, as he was a really close member of our family, having been with us for quite a few years (4 according to my mom).
Hopefully this doesn’t affect my ability to write stories, as it didn’t really when our family dog passed away after being with us for 18 years. We do have a new puppy whose been with us for over a year by now, so to make up for a rather surprising lack of updates from me, here’s what’s been going on…
The soft-reboot of Pokémon - The Equestrian Chronicles is coming along somewhat well, I have been busy writing two stories on FanFiction dot Net through my account there (pen name: Gojiradon), they’re my two most recently updated stories there (one of them is a loose sequel to P-TEC, but what happened or explained there might not be true as far as this story is concerned). I’ve been writing in intervals the bulk of the middle part of the story, haven’t really been focusing on the beginning or ending yet, so I probably should get on that. It would mean a lot to me if someone can help me out here, sort of like a co-writer to help string much of the stuff I’ve already written down (so I don’t forget really good ideas I had for the story) together. I want the story to be as good as possible for what I have in mind.
Here are a few scraped ideas from my initial version of this tale;
As stated prior in my last chapter of the ‘Land of Equestria’ saga, I had initially planned on killing off Tirek when season 4 had ended (where I first came up with the story). This was when I was in the mindset of turning it into an alternate universe type of story. But in recent times, I developed the mindset of not screwing with the established canon too much (aka what happened in the show). This affected how I would write the story going forward, enough so to merit a kinda reboot.
One other scrapped idea worth mentioning was, a trio of chapters where for the intended final saga, the cast of this story would be thrown into the seventh Star Wars film, and (I guess) fight someone trying to screw with the film’s original timeline. So the characters help out, defeat this timeline-messer, and prevent the timeline from deviating. This idea is now scrapped in my new version of this story, but it may resurface in a side-story compilation I had been working on almost as long as the original story itself (sort of a completed lost idea kind of thing).

He’s my sister’s pet, but he was (from a certain point of view) just as much my pet as her’s. He showed his affection for me by ‘grooming’ me, licking me in an effort to clean me like I was a fellow rabbit…
