Got a bit of time to settle for a QnA on my stories. Just to note, I will be tagging Why Do You Speak My Language?! in this blog, since that is the story I am currently focused on, so getting feedback on it is crucial to my development as an author. However, any story that I've written is worthy of discussion (even completed ones).
I used to do these when I livestreamed my writing back in 2014, since I wanted to hold myself accountable for feedback. I'm not afraid of the harsh criticism people give (I've gotten death threats over writing A Slave's Freedom, so it's normal). And besides, understanding your readers and listening to where they think stories are heading helps me de-rust. If there are misconceptions, then that means I need to write better.
Any questions you all have about my current projects that does not ask to spoil future chapters of the story (will be careful with answering these), go right ahead and leave some comments.
Oh, and for those who are waiting for A Slave's Freedom, just fyi, I will be working on it this weekend, since I've de-rusted enough to tackle that mammoth again.
And no, Ice Star, I still haven't written goth horses. :(

For most stories that I don't specifically outline (like the recent ones), I have an overall conflict I want to achieve, and a theme for each chapter. That theme corresponds with the overall conflict. It's a mixture of discovery writing and outlining without the actual outline, if that makes sense.
