AoM has some incredibly hard charts, considering it doesn't make use of shaders and stuff. Rarity Attempts 400 Dresses is a bit of a nightmare. Readable, unlike Twilight's Insanity, but just barely.

The older ones have a lot more rough/jarring transitions, but that’s far from the most unreadable thing I’ve passed. I’m still working on Dying Breath of Stakesia. The section after the first slow part before the error message is super tricky.
I am quite fond of the pinkie mod charts I have too. I’ll need to record a couple of those. Sadly, Boooooring is easy until the end which is insane. It was made for SM 5, not NotITG and sm5 lets you miss more notes before it fails out.
