How about a chapter involving Tempest Shadows? This could be after the movie and she is trying to reform while Dusk helps her.

Pretty much ALL of the Mane Six except for Pinkie Pie, PLUS Trixie: On his last night in Ponyville before returning to Canterlot to be ruler of Equestria, Applejack, Rainbow, Rarity, Fluttershy and Trixie decide to all treat Dusk to dinner and a show as well as present him with a few gifts. Obviously, the evening goes extremely well and the girls are all seeing Dusk back to the castle (where the rest of the evening is best left to the adult imagination). Pinkie's absence is explained by her having a date with Cheese Sandwich while Starlight is mentioned being busy discussing Friendship School business with Sunburst.

Queen Umbra (Rule 63 King Sombra), Eris (Rule 63 Discord), Tempest Shadow, Chrysalis and Nightmare Moon: The five villainesses "capture" Dusk and are just about to start "torturing" him, when they get interrupted by Spike and Gabby being a bit too loud "getting it on" off-screen. It turns out that all five of the featured "villainesses" have long since reformed in this universe (with Luna bringing her old alter-ego out of retirement strictly for role-playing purposes).

All three of the Dazzlings at once: I already did an idea for this one. I think you get the idea.

There could be a chapter with Dusk spending time with Princess Skystar. After the movie, Dusk visits Mount Eris to check up on Queen Novo and the rest of the hippogriffs. Princess Skystar tries to convince Queen Novo to forgive Dusk for attempting to steal the pearl. What do you think?

All the Rainbooms: Picks up JUST AFTER Dusk transfers to Canterlot High. Sunset and the others all work together to ease Dusk into things at his new school. It's pretty easy to guess where it goes from there.

Wallflower Blush - Dusk helps her by tending the gardens
Rara, Sapphire Shores, or Songbird - Dusk attends one of her concerts and gives her some flowers as a sign of congratulations.
Saffron - Dusk and her eat at the Tasty Treat and Dusk compliments her meals.
Daring Do - Dusk rescues Daring from a magical beast.
Gloriosa Daisy - Dusk and her take a walk through the forest.
Zecora - Dusk listens to Zecora’s pointers on potion making and he really admires her for her skills.

Dazzling's
Dusk Shine has finally gotten his own apartment, only he discovers that he will be living next too three beautiful sisters, Adagio Dazzle the who loves to tease and flirt with him but proves to be smarter then she lets on, Aria Blaze who is a temperamental tsundere that envies her more endowed sisters, and Sonata Dusk who is a air head who keeping innocently pulling Dusk into compromising situations.

Wow not much feed back in a while huh, here let me pass on some more ideas

1. School Mates
(Dusk X Moon Dancer, Lemon Hearts, Twinkleshine, Minuette and maybe Lyra)
Most Dusk Shine harem fics have him meet his harem after going to ponyville, but most forget that he was already surrounded by mare's from his time in the school for gifted unicorns, or the many attempts by them to draw his attention away from studying.

2. Forgan Relations
(Dusk X Gilda, Ember, and Little StrongHeart)
Dusk Shine is brought by Celestia to a diplomatic meeting with forgan leaders, only for him to get stuffed into a waiting room with the daughter's of a few of the other leaders and ends up befriending them, but as time moves on things change and feelings deepen as the four find themselves having to juggle between their relationship and politics.

3. Dusk's Nightingales
(Dusk X Red Heart, Sweet Heart, Snow Heart, and maybe Tender Heart)
Due to some bad luck while trying to study pinkies sense, Dusk finds himself staying at the local hospital, but no fear he is being tended too by the best nurses on staff, but is it just Dusks imagination or do the nurses have more on their minds then just helping him recover
(i would imagen Red Heart as a Christmas Cake style character here)

4. Sisters always share
(Dusk X Pinkie PIe, Limestone Pie, Maud Pie, and Marble Pie)
When Dusk Shine started dating Pinkie pie he was ready for about anything, or so he thought, what Dusk wasn't prepared for was Pinkies three sisters and a old pie family custom that states that in order to court Pinkie then Dusk must court all of her sisters as well, good luck.

5. Shadowbolts Forever
(Dusk X, Lemon Zest, Sour Sweet, Sugarcoat, Sunny Flare, and maybe Indgo Zap
This one is pretty simple, its Sci-Dusk at Crystal prep, here he is made to work on a group project with some of the other top students in the school, all of which are girls, however what Dusk doesn't know is that all of his fellow project mates all have a thing for smart but submissive guys like him. . .

6. Track and love
(Dusk X Rainbow Dash, Spitfire, Night Glider, Fleet Foot, Lighting Dust and maybe Indigo Zap)
Dusk has always had a thing for athletic girls, so when his long time friend and secret crush Rainbow brings over some of her teammates one day, all wearing their track uniforms, he starts finding it hard not to take peeks, notably once the girls start moving into odd positions as if they are teasing him.

7. Taboo
(Dusk X grown up Apple Bloom, Sweetie Bell, Scootaloo, and Babs Seed)
Duck has found that immortality sucks as he has watched all of his friends grow old, and their sisters grow into fine young adults, he has found eternal youth sucks as previously mentioned younger sisters have all now started taking notice of him and are fluting with him, and Dusk has found that its getting harder to resist even with the older sister sending him covert death threats not to touch their little sis's.

Oh real quick i had one more idea i had really wanted to mention with the others but couldn't work out at the time.

8. Musical Harmony
(Dusk X Octavia, Vinyl Scratch, Lemon Zest, and maybe Sonata Dusk)
From a young age Dusk loved both learning magic and music, believing the two where connected he decided to enroll into the school of bardic arts, their he met some girls that would change his life forever. Now years latter the girls he met all those years ago have risen up the ranks of the music industry with Dusk as their agent, its a tough job balancing four starlets each working in four very different genres of music but the girls like to make sure the benefits Dusk gets are more then enough.

Octavia=Classical
Vinyl = Dub step
Lemon Zest = heavy metal
Sonata = Pop music
(the reason i included Sonata is because i have noticed a increasing number of fan arts of her with Octavia)
