YouTube is a wonderful land of idiocy at the moment. I always got flagged and deemed as 'copyright infringement'.
I'm here to say those claims are complete and utter bullshit.
First off, I spoke about this not long ago. I got flagged for making a reading of How to Catch an Applejack. It was MY story. It's ORIGINAL TO ME. It's nobody else's work but mine. On top of that, in the reading I had used music by Kevin Macleod, which is royalty free. It's perfectly legal and safe to use his music, as long as you credit him. Which I did.
Even after this, before I make any readings, I always, ALWAYS ask the author if it's okay. Having that permission is noted in my videos. You may also recall that the only author that gave me FULL permission to read anything was Anonpencil. So that's exactly what I did and I used Kevin Macleod's music in each video. In short, I'm doing nothing wrong, but the almighty gods at YouTube think otherwise.
What in the actual old man's ballsack is going on over there? Have they finally gone the way of the village idiot? Even if we show them proof that we have permission to to these videos with full consent from the original creator, or if we ourselves are the original creator, they'll always find a non-existent problem and write us up for it anyway.
YouTube, if by some chance you're seeing this, all of us have something to say to you: Grow up and sort yourselves out. Instead of acting like little children, why don't you stop being so arrogant and actually listen to us? Before long, with the way you run things, you'll be putting hundreds of thousands of people out of stable financial stability. While you're growing up, tell COPPA to sod off back to their side of the field. Little kids have their own platform, so why they're using the same one the adults use for grown up content, is unknown. It's ruining everything for everyone involved. You're a joke.

This is indeed silly. Remember how people like Derek Savage used to be able to abuse copyright rules to get videos that spoke negatively of his stuff taken down?
CaryKH did something on this. This could be a problem of someone creating a topic channel for what you’re doing and getting claimed because they want the money.
