hey everypony or whatever you identify as, i just want to make this blog and see if anypony knows about the PlayStation merchant man from the ps store trailers like the bazaar and decent. i just want to know if it's possible to make a story or find a story where someone from earth cosplay him or the actual guy (not the actor but the character himself) get sent to equestria either anthro, reverse gender role or human displaced story and he sells and buys his wares on equestria where it's needed like if there is a hero who needs kratos axe or maybe aloy's machine bow from horizon zero dawn or something of that nature, it also doesn't need to be male, it could be a self insert or a special merchant from a different game. just so long it's really similar to the playstation merchant guy you see in those adds. i will leave this blog here so you can brainstorm or flame me or something, i don't care. i just wanted to know if there is a story like this. that would be great if you leave a link to said possible story or to a author who is making one in the works.
EEeh... he might be op though due to having access to all ps game items.

i don't mean him being the protag, i mean someone who help the protag. like say if a certain librarian wanted to teach/learn the dragon language than he would sell her a dragon codex or something. or if the village is under attack the mane six are away. he could do a defense that looks like an playstation add. or something you know. he'll only get involved if the world is in peril and there are no protags around, than he'll make a speech like in the adds and every joe schmoe for a limited amount of time become the protag. you know, like in the adds

Sounds like a plot device for him to solve problems easily. Just pop in, give protag an item, boom, instant fix.

no when i say he/she/they are in equestria, i mean he will only SELL the ps items and since equestria doesn't have playstation or something similar, they would not know of these items of power from different worlds. they are also limited to just selling the items unless the world of mlp is endanger of total destruction. they won't use them other than like for comedy or omakes if the writer wants to. i figure that this story would be like a everyday of a merchant story with wholesome lessons for the people/ponies/whatever have you would learn better with them and have a general good time. maybe fall in love or just a comedy story. who knows, you know?

remember the cameos in mlp fim with kratos? he looked like he finally settled down. and the lutece twins just walking around? the playstation mechant could be a good friend of them and that's why they're there, you know. something like that.
