Chrysalis was the Princess.

I headcanon that Queen Chrysalis was the princess from the Love Poison story. This came from how said story, and her debut were in the same season. In my idea, she is the original Changeling. Her form is one she was cursed into forever.

Applejack and Oaken get married some time before Big Mac and sugar belle. Probably around season 7. At the wedding, AJ wore a white Stetson hat.
