    I'm done.

Hey everyone, it's been a long-ass time since I've written on here and today, it might be the last time I will ever write on here. Today, I've decided to write a crack ship story on here. It's called Different People and it's basically a Sunset Shimmer Story if she were to be paired up with Button Mash. It's been a fun ride with all of you and I've been thinking about this for a long time

    The Blue Box Conspiracy Theory

Okay, it's been about a solid week now and the internet won't shut up about it, so I'm gonna say something. So it's been a while since I've spoken on here and I'm now obligated to get my hands dirty. Recently, there have been rumors that this PS5 game called Abandoned is some sort of smokescreen for some brand new Silent Hill game being made by the former developer for Konami, Hideo

    23 coming on 24

Well, I just turned 24 today and it's been a long while since I've said anything on here. It's been several months since I published anything on here and I will explain why. I've been publishing stories on Archive of our Own for a long time now and I must say that I enjoy it. I have no idea why, but I've been burnt out on publishing MLP content. Whether it be clop or regular, I just stopped. It's

    MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!

Greetings, my friends, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! I hope you've been doing well in these hard times and I wish you well. Anyway, I've been keeping well. Although I will be looking for a new job pretty soon since my time could be up at Boomer's. I don't mind since it sucks ass over there. But I've had a pretty good day today. I got to eat a full plate at the table and I FINALLY GOT MY PS5

    Story Update

In the past several weeks, I have been working on Spike's Polyamorous Honeymoon. Well, I'm going to make a little confession: I haven't been working on an update for The Abyssal Requiem. I tried thinking of ways to work on the second arc, but none just came to mind. But don't worry, nothing is cancelled. However, I have been working on The Green Devil in the past several

A True Fan · 9:37am Aug 28th, 2020

I have never really thought about it until just recently. A year ago and a month before Avengers: Endgame came out in theaters, there was an MCU Movie that came out. Something to hype us up for Endgame. It was called Captain Marvel. Last year, I gave the movie a rather scathing review while my friend Saber gave it a somewhat lukewarm review. At the time before I saw it, I hated it. I thought of it as a feminist, SJW movie that degrades men and trying to promote some form of agenda. But now... I don't really know what to say. All my life, I've been an Anti-SJW Crusader and I really had no opinion of my own, let alone consider anyone else's. I've been doing it since The Last Jedi and I've never really considered why it was bad in the first place. But don't get me wrong. I'm not a fan of Disney Star Wars and I wish that their movies had more coherence. But do we really hate it just because it's about a female? I mean, what are we really? Are we really fans, or are we just preschoolers who act like the world is ours? I mean... just what are we? I'm not singling out anyone who feels opposed nor am I trying to act like I know more than you. I have only just stopped boycotting Funimation because it was just a childish thing to do and not because I hold anything against Vic Mignogna. In fact, I wish him the best and I hope that he can get through life moving past that miserable chapter of his last year. My point is that politics are manipulating us. Left or Right, it's all the same once you think about it. MLP, Marvel, DC, My Hero Academia, Kimetsu no Yaiba, FIre Force, Star Wars, Sonic The Hedgehog... fandoms were made because we all shared something in common and now we have polluted that positive air into something toxic and corrosive. But it's never too late. If there's anything you're passionate for, please share it. Whether it be comics, movie, anime, or video games, please discuss it. I'm sure we can find the grounds of making it positive for one another. But what you should all take away from all this... is that there is no such thing as a true fan. No matter how hard you preach it, you are not a true fan. You are just like us. All of us. And I want nothing more than this toxicity that we have been experiencing over the years to end... but it won't. Was I ever wrong for thinking that Captain Marvel was a toxic movie? Because I don't even know the answer to that.

If you have all read this blog, leave your thoughts and feelings in the comment section down below and I will get back to you. However, if there is any form of toxicity on this blog, you will be deleted. No questions asked. But be as honest as you can be with me. Say what you need to say. I won't judge.

This is Ghoul. I'll see you on the other side.

I won't speak for anyone else, but I always thought the original Star Wars was always very empowering towards women.
Luke gets to Leia's cell on the DS-1 Death Star, next scene she takes his gun and blasts out a grate, taking charge of their situation.
The Sequel Trilogy is bad because they try to force the agenda of empowering women, rather than just doing it. It was a dumpster fire and a mockery of what the long-time fans loved so much, which is why I'm hopeful about the rumours that Disney are going to make it an alternate timeline and reduce it to B-canon.

Captain Marvel... wasn't bad. It wasn't what it was praised for. It was more... forgettable than anything else.
Quite frankly it felt like bait for anti-SJWs, so that the SJWs could call them every insulting name under the sun for not liking it.
I heard rumours that Disney actually 'bought' tickets to pad cinema sales to it, making it seem like a bigger success and show how 'woke' they are.

Hopefully, things will turn out well for Star Wars. I would love to see an overhaul for the series.

Yeah. Truth be told, I never really hated Captain Marvel. I just didn't understand what was so good about it in the first place.

5344092
It was 'good' because it was politically motivated to be. Anyone who disagreed was labelled sexist, bigoted, etcetera, etcetera, so on and so forth.

It's what Disney has done for about ten years now.
Force-feeding politically motivated agenda to push sales, rather than make political commentary to be entertaining.

Personally I kind of like all four movie so you're talking about, although Captain Marvel was pretty weak and lack true passion and emotion to make you care for any of the characters, with the exception of Nick Fury cuz everyone loves Nick Fury and his sarcastic tone, whenever he got the chance to be funny.

As for the Star Wars sequels, I actually did enjoy them and I do love the character Rey, but their message towards women and how they kind of handle it was done kind of wrong if I'm being honest. a
Rey did get some character development, but there were times when she felt too rushed and any of the other women that were not her or Leia, were extremely butchered in their character.

These are just my honest opinions on them and I hope no one gets mad at me for kind of offending them, as long as everyone knows that I do have some dislike towards them as well and acknowledge the errors that they try to represent.

Yeah....I miss those days

5344153
As do I. As do we all.

5344137
Yeah. I see it as a rather weak entry now and if I were to go back and review it, I'm sure it wouldn't hold up that well. But not for the reasons you might think. It would only be criticized because it just felt boring. I did enjoy Nick Fury though. He was hilarious.

And Star Wars. I don't personally think that Rey is a bad character. I believe that she could've had the potential to be good if she had more coherency to her development and her flaws were more apparent. And yes, there were points where it made sense for her character. But there were also times where I couldn't tell what she was doing and why she wasn't given more time to build herself as a character. As for the rest of the cast, they should've been given much more to do other than just promoting their own agendas and shit.

But yeah, I get you and I hope something good happens to Star Wars. I did watch a bit of The Mandalorian and it was awesome. I hope that Star Wars gets more improvement like this new show on Disney+.

5344099
And don't even get me started on the Disney remakes.

5344380
And the one movie that would benefit from a Live Action remake is the one that will probably never get one.

5344391
If we're lucky, Mulan will be the last.

5344404
But we're likely to never see Atlantis a a properly realised action-adventure movie.

5344406
Great. It'd be one less movie for Disney to butcher.

5344410
It has no songs, just accompanying music.
It has a more mature moral tone and approach.
You can't deny that if done right, the Leviathan scene would make for an awesome CG sequence with modern technology, similar to how it blended in well the the hand-drawn styles back then.

It has vastly more potential to be a better Live-action adaptation than any of the remakes before it.
It just needs the right writers and director, and stick to being an adventure with no political agenda.

And you can just picture actors like Dolph Lundgren as Commander Rourke, Kenneth Brannagh as Mr Whitmore or Ronda Rousey as Lt St-Claire (Sinclaire? [It could go be either]).

5344419
Perhaps. But even if that were the case, it could lead to another misfire. A fact that Disney is now known for.

5344420
This is true, but we can at leadt agree that it will likely never happen anyway.
Atlantis: the Lost Empire didn't do as well as they'd hoped.

5344437
I've only seen it a couple times, but it's not a movie that Disney can duplicate.

5344463
No, but if they bumped up the age rating and made it a bit longer, it could potentially be better.

But again, it comes down to the wrters, director and producers.

Ron Howard maybe. He's competent enough.

5344502
Really? Any movies that ring a bell?

5344515
I'll assume you mean aside from his early career.

Solo.

I maintain that Solo: a Star Wars story was good as a Star Wars side movie, but one that never needed to be made, and would have benefitted from being about different characters from the same time period.

Ultimately though, I said he's competent, not good.
Spielberg is good. Hell, Spielberg is GREAT when he's not working with George Lucas. Jaws and Jurassic Park are proof of that.

5344519
Good? Spielberg was a genius. He pioneered so many movies that we loved as kids.

5344529
He invented the concept of the 'Summer blockbuster'.

5344546
Were it not for him, we wouldn't have a lot of these fun summer films that we grew to love over the years.

5344549
Well...WINTER films for me.

5344562
I can never forget those.

5344581
I was referring to how I'm Australian.

5344582
I didn't know you were Australian.

5344590
Huh.
I thought I'd told you at some point or another.

5344602
I don't know.
Probably, once, but I can't say for sure.

5344629
Hmm. Well, it's nice to know a fan from outside the states.
