Good question. Keep in mind, that none of the girls really know Kirito. Yes, they met, yes they did some stuff, but they are not great friends of his. Allies, but not really friends.

Anything higher than 0% is still possible. And keep in mind with those odds, Asuna got pulled in. And if it's because of her looks, all the girls have some attractiveness, and likely a picture with their files.
Will you be covering the other arcs? Like ALO, GGO?

From what I understand, outside of Asuna, Sugou just snagged who he could, which was about 300 players. The fact that he did get Asuna was probably a mix of luck and skill. No one was taken for their looks. They were just the unlucky "fies" caught in Sugou's web.

After Aincrad, I will do a "rewrite." It will be a full alt-universe version and it is already slated to be significantly larger than Aincrad. Aincrad has the girls inserted in the game, this will be much more a crossover between the two. It will still contain all of our favorite canon characters, but some of the girls game names will be changed. There will be some similarities between the two, but there will be plenty of new stuff. Who knows, Kirito may not get Duel Wielding.

I think it was more of a passive Program. They cast the net out to catch as many fish as they thought they could get away with, while everyone was being logged out at the same time. Although, the last to be logged out were Kirito and Asuna.
