Ideas for Friendship is Failure. · 12:00am Aug 13th, 2020
Since I can't make the fics just yet, I thought I'd leave myself a memo...
1: Moondancer's mother disowned her after Moondancer reconciled with Twilight. She hates Twilight with a bitter taste, and will rant about her, and let Moondancer have it really hard.
"You are no daughter I would want! Your're dead to me, even more than your dead father, may at least HE rest in peace. I'm just thankful he's not here to see what a disgrace you've become!"
...heh-heh-heh! That'll slice her right down the middle, and eventually they will engage in a fight, resulting in BOTH their deaths.
"That loser, Moondancer... Got what she deserved."
2: A pony gets a job, and then disowns his family, and angrily brushes off anyone being nice to him, possibly even letting a pony who likes him down flat. Reason: He's angry, and he doesn't like what he's become... and he warned people he would act this way if it happened. They're being punished, emotionally, and possibly psychically if they get in his face too long.
3: I'm gonna call this "Let's just NOT be friends.". Though I've never had a romantic relationship, I despise breakups, or never had a chance or would be given one, and the old "Let's just be friends" Not doing it. This guy prefers to remain distant from his friends, including a mare who did not return his feelings, no matter how much she claims she cares (as a friend) he isn't interested and will not befriend her, her husband, or anyone who dares hang with them. He doesn't want to be "Just FRIENDS"
He may be selfish, yes, but he'll take his Pride over lives any day.
Further, he has a choice, he can be Selfish (Continue to ignore his former friends)
Or he can be Stupid/Dead (Forgive them, and JUST BE FRIENDS, which earns him a lightning bolt that turns him into ash)
An ultimatum is STILL technically a choice that the receiver must make. "Choose your fate"

4: To give Queen Twilight Sparkle a little Nightmare Moon of her own, but not really. A jealous pony, that she is now Ruler of Equestria, is super mad, (Having been robbed of chances by Twilight before... even becoming Celestia's student) Also possibly blamed for a crime he/she didn't commit, leaves Equestria with no desire to ever make up with her, accept her apology or anything, and becomes King/Queen of a country outside the boundaries.
When all said and done, Unlike Celestia and Luna.
Queen Twilight: "I can never undo the past, I can only make good on the future, and believe me when I say, I am sincerely sorry for what happened, and I would gladly do anything I can to make it up to you." *Extends her hoof* "Will you accept my apology, and my friendship?"
Character: *Steps back* "No."
*All present gasp, and Twilight*
"It's wrong and I want no part of it."
*Leaves, leaving Twilight feeling dejected and miserable*
5: to put Twilight on Trial, for constantly getting in ponies faces.
My characters from FIF don't harass Twilight Sparkle and her friends; it is SHE who harasses them-- constantly getting in their faces and butting in with their privacy, even after the have strongly told her to KEEP OUT.
It doesn't matter what good intentions she has, or if she's trying to HELP someone-- they didn't ask for her help, nor want it, and she should back off.
She continues to interfere, my characters have every right to be annoyed, angry, and tell her off.
Whatever so called DOUCHBARRGERY they exhibit still does not make them the ones harassing Twilight. they're just being angry jerks who have told people constantly to back off and stay away!
Perhaps the next time they tell you to back off and leave them alone
(Stop sending them checks,
Stop inviting them for signings or clubs.
Stop offering them jobs
Stop trying to win their affections
Stop bullying them
Stop trying to change their lives in ways they object
Ect, ect...)
Problem solved: You stay away from them and don't get in their faces, they won't have reason to get in your face.
He asked you nicely "Please leave" and you didn't.
"If you can't take a hint, I'll have to get tough!"
...In the end, she'll be ordered to ONLY help ponies who actually ASK for her help, and depending on the situation, if the ponies say "NO" then she is to lay off (Period)
6: One pony either went through the Kirin's magic pond, or simply refuses to speak to anyone. Reason being: He has nothing nice to say them because he's angry and dissatisfied. He won't even say "Thank you" (when he has received something he doesn't like or want)
After all: "If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all" He might even dispel his hearing (Go deaf) so he doesn't have to HEAR what people have to say to him either.
That's why I LIKE the Kirn's ep "THE SOUND OF SILENCE" Instead of LEARNING how to speak, or BEING CAREFUL with what you say... don't say anything at all.
And he can't be verbally rude if he's not verbal at all.
7: Stone Heart in... WRITE IN THE HEAD. Being over-bullied by his menial jobs since he refuses to write better stories, or being harassed or upset by other ponies (even Twilight) constantly getting in his face and DEMANDING he change, he has a special tool that allows him to give other ponies nightmares as a way of payback.
He strikes where you cannot protect yourselves... "IN YOUR DREAMS!" And even Princess Luna cannot stop him, at least not directly.
And uh... once again... he'll get away with it, and even Celestia and Twilight will be powerless.
8: One pony is trying to prove "You don't need to be happy, have friends, ect, ect" to live or be a success. So he either used a powerful magic, or a machine he invented on himself to alter his personification, he can't smile at all. He can't feel happy or laugh, or any positivity even if he wanted to.
Just because your OTP didn't work doesn't mean others (Characters) have to suffer for it.
Sure they do. After all, the quote goes "...Someone will pay dearly for this."

Twilight is not to blame, Cadance is not to blame, Celestia is not to blame. Those families are not responsible so don't drag them into this.

Innocent or not: Punish them anyway. If they got in the way (Wrong place, wrong time) too bad, they deserved it.
Count Dregon is angry at Nafaria for failing to beat Masked Rider, and she's off hiding someplace to avoid lecture and punishment, so Dregon decides to punish Gork instead (even though Gork had nothing to do with it)

(After all, people are bullying me for my fanfiction and life's choices. No difference. So by that logic, I'm allowed to make characters suffer all I like!)
would you be interesting in writing a story where Spike and twilight Sparkle go to Nazi German and Hitler try's to befriend them but they realize that they should not be friends with Nazi's so they instead they shoot him in the kneecap's and it is called Friednship Is Failure: Die NaziS cum, I think that would be like what you would write it would be like this but instead of singing there is killing the Nazi's
