Hey guys

My last blog post was over 2 years ago. For anyone still here who remembers me and what I used to do here, I suppose I should reward your loyalty with an update.Skip to the second paragraph if you're only here about Awakening or Nemesis or whatever the hell I called it last time.

I'm a pharmacy technician now, making a little over 12 bucks an hour. Hardly Publisher's Clearing House, but it pays the bills. I have started and stopped my college career several times, and at this point I think I need to consider other avenues of education. I am part of a fight club we have affectionately named FYTE NYTE, and have gone from pansy little gremlin to someone who can take and dish a punch. Recently, my living situation has changed (again) and I'm playing hopscotch with Air BnB locations. Me and the boys are planning on getting a place together, though I'm not sure when. It's financially stable for now, if a little chaotic.

I don't know what to say about Awakening. The original plan was to get writing advice from blogs written by professional authors and turn this story into the adventure you guys deserved. I found the advice and began work from the ground up, recording and scrapping my ideas until they began to resemble a plot. My life's drama picked up in intensity around that time, and I was forced to put my hobby on the backburner again and again until...finally...I just left it there.

I'm working at it again, but I'm not sure for how long. My creative drive isn't what it used to be, having been all but beaten out of me by my loving family. I don't think it's going to be a series anymore. I think I'm about to write one fic as sort of a prequel to the main one, which I'm currently hashing out. In summary, I'm trying to get back into it, but I'm not going to make any promises this time.

I had considered simply re-publishing Awakening and continuing where I left off, but naturally my laptop crashes the day after and the original is gone. The new story will take place a few months after the end of Awakening, which has been reorganized significantly but ends much the same way. I plan on retelling key moments of Awakening through various flashbacks and actually giving it an ending this time. If you don't want to wait that long, I'll summarize the rest of the story in exchange for 5 comments.

They can be whatever; hellos, emojis, gibberish, etc. If not, I'll just continue on with the outline, write the story, and you can find out that way.
