I was sitting here and finishing this chapter for almost the entire past night. This is a very crucial chapter, with lots of more depth for "Letters to Cozy Glow" in it, that serves to decide and prepare the next steps of Cozy's therapy. As such, I spent an unusually long time thinking about it, what each creature who helps Cozy is saying and contributing and what their stance on several subjects is.
I was pondering every little detail to an extent here that is rarely necessary when I write, as this chapter marks a very important step in writing "Letters to Cozy Glow". Lots of different viewpoints and theories from Cozy's therapists come together here, as they discuss how to deal with Cozy's recent development and her reactions to Moondancer's letters, and I had to keep many different things in mind to make everything in this chapter consistent.
Eventually, I collapsed and fell asleep at my keyboard a little after 3 AM, slept for almost four hours in a semi-comfortable way and then woke up again and immediately continued to work on the chapter to release it as fast as possible.
The meeting that takes place in this chapter is a vision I have in my head since January, ever since Tempest Shadow wrote her first letter to Cozy and since all the introduction letters were finished. A convenient way to discuss Cozy's progress together, that doesn't require long waiting times for letters to arrive and is easy to coordinate. I am glad I could finally write this chapter, I was eager to do this for a very long time already!
The slightly delayed release of half a day was worth it, to get all the details here right and make sure that everything fits like the tightly-tied bow on the head of a filly. I hope you will enjoy this chapter just as much as I enjoyed planning and writing it!
