Since Monday;
-I've tested twice. Once Monday, once today. Monday test was supposed to have results in 3-5 days. Today's test is supposed to take 24-48 hours. Anyway you slice it, I'm likely stuck in this hotel room for the rest of the weekend... or if I can't scrounge the money together, sleeping in my car. So that's fun.
-I've shown no symptoms, so I was made to come into work... where I was forced to stay for at least two hours overtime each day. Also fun.
I've gotten little to no writing done because of my mindset, I spent a considerable amount of time and energy in a largely fruitless and contentious exchange of messages with a fellow writer over one sentence in a 1500 word message... and the cheese balls I got at the Dollar Tree were stale.
Not a great time, friends and Followers.
I hope you're all doing well, though.

Dang, that's tough. Hope things start to get better. Take as much time as you need to get it together after this. We all understand. Just remember: nothing like this happens forever. Eventually, things will get better. It may take a bit, but I'm sure it will.
That's really unfortunate! I just had an aunt recently get tested for the virus and thankfully she didn't have it, she recovered from what she had pretty quickly. I hope you'll recover too and get back to writing.
We would have had this pandemic under control a long time ago if people had been smart about it. Change requires action, not patience. Still, here's hoping you and everyone else stays healthy until then.
