Alright, first thing’s first: if you haven’t read the last chapter of Romantic Mischief please do so before reading this.
If you already have, here is the reason the story is marked complete: I’m officially done writing on Fimfiction.
For two months, I’ve been telling myself quarantine will be a great opportunity to get some inspiration for the story back, but I was wrong. I cannot keep kidding myself on this anymore, so I’m calling it here. That’s also why I asked Bumble to finish the chapter I promised back in June.
However, just because I’m done writing here, doesn’t mean I’m done here for good. I will still gladly read any stories you guys come up with and help proofread if needed.
In fact, I’m not even done writing. You can always find me on Wattpad under the username TheHardie-Boy. If you do wanna read my stories over there, it would mean a lot to me if you could leave a comment, pointing yourself out (comments over there work way differently than here). Granted, you’d have to make an account to leave comments, so if you don’t want to, that’s fine.
Now, I know what you’re thinking, if I’m still writing on Wattpad, why can’t I keep writing here? Well, the problem with writing here is that I can only write MLP fanfiction, which I’m just no longer motivated to do. On Wattpad, I can write whatever I want (which is just Ducktales so far).
So yeah. That’s about all I wanted to say. See all you guys later, whether it be here or Watt

You had a hell of a run with the stories with Jake and the herd, but it is best to stop when you're ahead and not force yourself to keep going. I say you're making the right choice if you're out of motivation.
Sad to hear you won't be writing stories for Fimfiction anymore. We had some good times writing together here and I'll miss them, but I understand your decision to focus on to other stuff.

My pleasure. I know issues with creativity and the feeling of being stuck in a rut can be rough on a writer. You do what you've got to do in order to make yourself happy and hopefully your fans will understand.
I completely understand. But I think it should still be asked will you pass off the torch as it were to someone else or maybe continue having community made chapters I mean heck maybe just pass romantic mischief off to one of the many community contributors. Or maybe just give permission to write a separate story based on romantic mischief. I mean no offense by this comment I'm just trying to figure out where you stand on things like passing the story to someone else
