The longest misconception

For the longest time, I thought Rainbow Dash was the main character. Like the front and center character. Can you blame me? The amount of things that are Rainbow themed in MLP is insane. The Rainboom being the cause for all 6 of them meeting and Rainbow Dash being the one who activated it, the Rainbow Power that defeated Tirek, The Rainbow Roadtrip, The song Rainbow, Let the Rainbow guide you, the Rainbow wings like come on.

If you were to tell me all of this and show me the mane 6 and ask me who I think the protagonist is, I would've said Rainbow Dash in a heartbeat.
