I'm not sure I quite understand what it is you were working on... making a colored "crystal" (epoxy) with something cast in the middle to display the image when shown in a certain kind of light? or did you use a laser focused into the middle of it to cause an infraction instead of casting?
Ok those Crystal are awesome
Used pyramid mold's to make two halves of the crystal with a half circle in the middle, sanded the bases, then resined the two halves together.
