Specifically started on Derpibooru. Shitposters took on artists like Dilarius putting out BLM and related things, including edits and mouthpiecing and were unsurprisingly shitheads about it, and quite a few artists left and DNP'd.
Talks started about adjusting rules on bullying and hate speech, and removing things like Aryanne shitposts. One mod, Raptorshy(who if I have my names correct and it's the same Parasprite is dating a legitimate sieg-heil kill-jews neo-Nazi) sided with the "anti-censorship" (people who want to shitpost neofascist memes and bully people using their platforms/reach to speak on BLM stuff) side, shit went down, shit is now exploding and the alt-right neo-fascist side of ponydom is rearing its head back up. As I've been saying for literal years at this point but I'm at times acerbic and people hate me so what do I know.

Or are we to believe everyone that likes Solar Empire/New Lunar Republic/Fallout Equestria/Conversion Bureau/Displaced/Anime wouldn't hesitate to support global genocide?
