Welp, my laptop has succumbed to its damage · 2:07pm Jul 11th, 2020
Last night, I was browsing for Japanese Kitkats at sugoimart.com and suddenly, my laptop (Lenovo G40-80) turned off by itself. I tried switching it on many times, but the screen didn't appear anymore. I was sad to say goodbye after owning it for nearly 5 years.
On the bright side, I have a new one purchased this afternoon. It's the HP Pavilion 14-ce3064TX and it works just fine. It even runs faster than the last one. I'll just have to take good care of it and hope that it lives in a longer period of time.
That sucks, but with a new one hopefully it's a blessing in disguise!

Yeah. I have an online class to complete and it would be a big trouble if I don't have a new one ASAP.
Good to hear that you got a new laptop! I bought mine from my friend this afternoon too—a 2017 MacBook Pro, 13 inches. It's even better than the previous one, a 2016 MacBook Air, which I drowned it in half a bottle's worth of water. Oops.

Before I settled with HP, I intended to have a MacBook Air 13-inch, but the store said they're out of stock and that, along with other MacBooks, will be available by the end of this month. I just don't have the time to wait that long.
Oof, that's terrible. Water or any liquid is one way to kiss electronic items goodbye.
