Alright everybody, I'm starting the VIP Wing, so let's see how good you are at imagining the worst scums on earth. The biggest bas***** that you can think of, who would deserve to share a banquet with Satan himself, give them to me. They can be of any profession and of any species known in the ponyworld. A security guard disguising as a mascot to lure children into a backroom and kill them (I'm looking at you, Purple Guy), a merciless warlord, the boss of a group of brigands that killed countless of beings, a greedy businessman not hesitating to become dirty to get a few more bits... Go crazy!

Mmh... From what I just read about her, while she did something horrible, the real monsters seemed to be the therapists who forced the child to remain in the sheet despite everything. I'm not sure, however, if I will be able to include any of them because, one, none of them is dead as far as I know, and two, they aren't expressly evil, just misplaced.

my idea for a miniboss: a mesh of screaming, horrible souls all clawing at the air, in the shape of a plant bulb. drags things towards it using grotesque vines made of a mix of decaying flesh, ectoplasm, and satanic artifacts.
to defeat it, you have to suck up the vines, unfurling the 'petals' of the 'flower' until all of the ghosts are released into the room.

a spirit so corrupted it can hardly be called that anymore.
a mix between a wall and a white blob with an eye.
a sort of ectoplasm hermitcrab bomb fusion that appears in the lab.
a white blinding spirit that leads you into traps.
a sign with an eye that teleports and, when caught, pops out of the poultergheist and gives you a colectible.
possesed stuff, like kitchen supplies, shovels, and even food!

Sonic.exe but as a unicorn. His specialty is casting illusions that come to life when the victim is fooled into believing the illusions are real. If that somehow doesn't work, he won't hesitate to kill his victims directly. Oh, and he loves teleporting and jumpscares.
The Luminary from Dragon Quest XI, but as a unicorn. He used to be good, but after being betrayed by the king of Heliodor, he was corrupted by his own rage and started killing every monster in his path. His rampage was brought to an end by a Black Dragon who turned the Luminary into a snack. As a ghost, he considers every living and non-living thing in his path to be useful only for level grinding.
The Doom Slayer as an earth pony. After becoming a ghost, he is led by the false belief that every creature is a demon whom he must slay.
And now for my own original idea: Final Sonata, a singer who kills her victims with her songs... Perish Songs, if you will.

Oh, the Luminary is the character you play as in the game. If you want to learn more about the Luminary, why don't you ask MeeM? He told me that he beat the final boss of Dragon Quest XI and is currently playing Dragon Quest VIII, so I would think he knows a lot about Dragon Quest and the Luminary.

burnt white mannequin with black broken holes where the eyes are supposed to be. the back half is broken off and is only connected by a tendril of black void. only moves when looking away and can only be hurt by grabbing an object with the poultergust and shooting it at the black goop in the middle. eventually, the goop snaps and evaporates.

Cool, but it wouldn't work. I mean, if Apple Bloom was alone, it would work, but there, they're five. To put it simply, one of them would constantly look at it, forcing it to not move, and the four others use this to attack it from all sides. It would be destroyed in ten seconds without it doing anything threatening.
