The Growth of Mykan's Starfleet Universe.

Lake it or not, DakariKing Mykan has unleashed something with his famous (or infamous) fanfiction series "My Brave Pony: Starfleet Magic". Many writers are making re-constructions and de-constructions of Starfleet, it seems that he has inadvertently started a new sub-genre of MLP: FiM Fanfiction, joining the ranks of "The Conversion Bureau", "Fallout: Equestria" and "Fall of Equestria".

Mykan my hate MLP with a pasion, but he has left a mark on Brony Kind.

For better or worse (mostly for the worse), yes, he has.

Still can't really wrap my mind around the idea of someone who onviously hates MLP as much as he does writing pony fiction.

I write nearly all my fan-fiction the same way. (Whether I'm a fan of the show or not) it's all in anger-- Anger at the canon, discontent with the way things turned out. So I write fanfiction to either correct it or get revenge (Mold it my way, how I'D rather see it) also, it helps let off steam... "Channel the anger and hate into creativity" rather than harming real people physically, or breaking things, smoking, drinking, or doing drugs like most people do (And should be ashamed of)

Bottom-Line: Whatever I write in fan-fiction, it almost always amounts to and stems from the same thing... "Anger"
