White Comet

Just a guy who loves cars, boats, planes, and basically anything with an engine. Oh, and I write stories about pastel-coloured horses and stuff.

    TTT Chapter 5 update

It WAS going well...but then I managed to break my arm today. :twilightangry2:

I was at work working on something while up on scaffolding. I asked my colleague on a platform above me to pass me some equipment down, I told him to just chuck it. He warned me that it was quite heavy, I replied with "Nah it's not, just chuck it. I'll be fine."

...Needless to say I was wrong. :rainbowlaugh:

    TTT Chapter 4 update

It's just a few words shy of being done!

Unfortunately it's a little shorter than I was hoping, coming in somewhere around the 3000 words mark give or take. Honestly I had a bit of trouble finding inspiration for this chapter without getting repetitive.

    TTT Chapter 3 update

Aight so it's about halfway done, but I had a phone call from work today saying that we've been given the green light to start up again on Monday. And I've got plenty to catch up on, so I'll probably be doing a hell of a lot of overtime indefinitely (Hey, at least it compensates for having to take a few weeks unpaid!)

In terms of the chapter, I was just under halfway through it. But obviously typing with 1 hand is difficult, and the docs say I could have this cast on for around 6 weeks, maybe more if the coronavirus pandemic prevents me from getting the relevant appointments.

I will persevere with writing, but obviously my writing speed will be decreased with only one hand. That being said, since all I can really do right now is sit at a computer, I will probably be spending much more time on my writing than I otherwise normally will...
...seriously, I can't drive, I can't work on my car, and I can't simrace; the 3 things that keep me sane. This will be an...interesting few weeks... :pinkiecrazy:

Sorry in advance for the delay in the next chapter. In the meantime, I hope you're all Corona-free and staying safe. The only Corona I've got is the beer!

It is better to recover, I will wait for you to recover, so that you do not push yourself, believe me I have already been in that situation and it is stressful, By the way and if you allow me, I will try to add this story to other groups, seriously, it is a good story , but you need more support xd.

I've done some stupid shit throughout my years, but I've almost always walked away with only cuts and bruises. This was pretty tame for me, yet it's almost the biggest injury I've ever had. Which only makes it all the more frustrating.

Feel free to add it to any groups you feel it's relevant, I'll never turn down exposure. :twilightblush: Glad you're enjoying it.

I wish you a speedy recovery and will (patiently) wait for the next chapter whenever it will be out.

awwe omg get well soon :fluttershysad: don't worry about the updates, we can wait.
