The court said the language of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits sex discrimination, applies to discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

I had wanted to say something on your last blog post, something along the lines of "I don't think this is as bad as you think it is." But I wanted to give some kind of proof to back it up. But your blog was the first I had heard of this and I didn't feel like I was confident or knowledgeable enough to comment. Plus, you didn't seem like you would've wanted to hear something like that at the time. I dunno why, but I just felt like if I misspoke or had been misinformed I might just end up making things worse.
