    BUGHORSE NEWS

Yes, I bring good news of Chrysalis story. I have finished the first draft of the next chapter and the editing team has already made a first pass on it. There's still a lot to do to polish it, but I'm hopeful that I can have it up and ready for your hungry eyes in one week. Keep a lookout!

    Life is Snow

No really, this isn't some vague metaphor. My life is literally snow right now. I'm drowning, send help.

    New year, new chapter

Hope everyone is having a great New Year's Eve (or if you're in a part of the world where it's already 2022, hope the new year's been treating you well so far). Good news: the next chapter of Paint the Sky is written, we just need to take it through a few rounds of edits and revisions before I'm ready to post it. It will probably go live at the usual time on Wednesday.

Stream's up, and addressing the room's local elephant · 8:18pm Jun 13th, 2020

Heya. So, I'm live in the Witcher 3 on Twitch. Come watch!

If you're reading this, you're probably aware that me and my friends on this site have been streaming to raise money for Doctors Without Borders's COVID-19 fund, but over the past two weeks another equally important cause has arisen. I'm talking, of course, about the epidemic of police brutality and general violence towards people of color that has infected North America for far longer than COVID-19 has been around. The media may be losing interest in the protests, but they are very much still happening, as are the myriad of injustices that made them necessary in the first place.

Now, the BV crew and I are going to continue streaming to fight COVID-19, as our plans to do so had been in motion long before the protests started, but I think I can safely speak for all of us when I say that racism and white supremacy have no place anywhere. Thus, I personally plan on matching whatever we raise for Doctors Without Borders' COVID-19 fund and donating from my own pocket to the Black Legal Action Centre in my home province of Ontario. If you too want to help support black charities in addition to our COVID-19 cause, here's a nifty resource I found!
