OK, so I've been pondering about the meanings of the lightsaber colors in Star Wars, specifically, Cyan, Indigo, and Magenta, which are the three new lightsaber colors introduced in Jedi: Fallen Order (except there have probably been earlier uses of these three colors in Star Wars before, like KOTOR), and I've been wondering what the meanings of these three new lightsaber colors mean. Just for reference, I have placed down below a list of all the canon colors and their meanings so that I don't lose track.
Blue: Guardian's lightsaber color, a symbol of physical strength.
Red: Sith's lightsaber color, a symbol of the Dark Side
Green: Counslar's lightsaber color, a symbol of a strong connection to the Force, focusing less on violence.
Purple: Sam L. Jackson's lightsaber color, a symbol of tapping into the Dark Side for non-evil intentions. Either that or simply asking for your favorite color.
Yellow: Sentinel's lightsaber color, a symbol of those who actively seek out and fight off the Dark Side.
Orange: A symbol of those who use their lightsaber as a last resort, no matter the situation.
Black: Mandalorian's lightsaber color. It is unknown what a black blade means.
White: A symbol of those unaffiliated with the Jedi.
Cyan: An unknown symbol color, and is the topic of this mystery.
Indigo: An unknown symbol color, and is the topic of this mystery.
Magenta: An unknown symbol color, and is the topic of this mystery.
