    Supermassive 2023 Art Dump

So! Back. Not dead. Big surprise. Life's been kinda hectic for awhile now for a variety of reasons I won't go too much into, but I've had a nice long break and am feeling ready to get back to a semi-regular writing schedule! However, I have still been doing art for the past,,, six months, has it really been that long? Jeez. So, here's a big ol' pile of stuff that I haven't shared here, by month.

Nothing like a hard day’s work to get up an appetite.
tbh, this might be one of the best things I’ve ever drawn in terms of anatomy and shading.

Hey.

So, first of all, serious business. I stand with the Black Lives Matter movement. If you're opposed to that, I ask that you kindly unfollow me. This is an issue that's gone on for much too long. The bias in the police force is overwhelming, the death toll is rising, and the acts that have been taken against peaceful protesters is truly atrocious. Listen, I try to keep politics off this site, because ponies are a form of escape for me from the growing horrors of the world today. On the other hand, this is a stand that needs to be taken, for the people who have lost their lives to overzealous, racist police and for the peaceful protesters who have been attacked and too often severely wounded by those same police officers.

If you, like me, support BLM but for various reasons cannot attend a march, may I suggest donating? Here are a couple of good options.
Split fund - For people who don't know who to donate to first -- this takes your donation and divides it up over 70 bail, racial justice, and mutual aid funds.
NAACP Legal Defense Fund -- Helps the NAACP in its fight for racial justice and making a more equitable legal system.

And remember, while Eight Can't Wait sounds good on paper, many police stations already have many of those policies in place, it's just that their officers ignore them and get away scot-free. Defunding the police and putting that money into social safety nets like mental health and social services is a much more effective way of reducing the crime rate.

Stay strong.

I gotta say, I don't oppose, but I don't actively support. I'm more of an outsider figure. I stand on the sidelines and say if you want to stand for what's right, good on you, keep it up. Is that all right? All I ask is people do what's right, but don't be a jerk while doing it. So, I support, but from a distance? Is that how it'd be put? I don't know. Either way, you write great stuff, good job.
