And I even rounded 200 watchers! Thank you all for the support.

I've seen a lot of debate int he comment section, and I am really happy that it is active and people are respectful. There has also been a lot of useful tips, thoughts, and criticism, which are really nice.

A thing I would like to remind people though, there has only been a prologue and two chapters. I won't go into spoilers, but I promise there will be explanations for why there are protests, why Sharp keeps his rifle and ammunition, why he only have some bits saved up, and why the state of things are the way they are. Can I promise you will be satisfied with all the answers? Of course not, and that's okay. ^^

Another big thing I have noticed is the comparison with the Vietnam war, and I can see why. However, I will just want to state, that this story is inspired by my own country's war experience, some army structures from the Danish, British, and American forces from 1950.

Another thing I want to touch on is the expectations, if you expect to get a detailed explanation about the rebels, about their motivations and philosophy, then I'm afraid you are going to be disappointed. The politics of Saddle Arabia and the rebels are not the main focus of the story, it's about Sharp, his time in the army, his return to Equestria, and his relationship with the ponies around him.

Last thing, I want to make it clear, I am not some naive guy who glorifies the military. My story is not meant as a commentary on the US or any other country for that matter. I will never use my platform to comment on politics. I only want to enjoy my hobby writing, and hopefully entertain you guys, that's all I want. I write the stories I want to, and if you don't like them, that's fine, it's totally okay if this is not for you.

I will add though, I am really happy that people have been respectful. I have not seen a comment that has been preachy, disrespectful, or hateful. I am glad discussions remain respectful, and I would like to keep it that way. But please, if you feel you are getting angry, then just don't post anything. It's just a story after all.

Sorry for the long post, but I really wanted to get these things off my chest.
