Okay so I just want to say, when I saw the May Pairing Contest, I wasn't at all thinking about entering. After all, I'd just entered a contest, so it was a good time to work on my main fic... But then I remembered a comic script of mine I never finished, about Luster Dawn and Sombra. And I realized, if I put it into writing, it would be a really good entry.
So I did. It's all I've worked on this past week.
On that note, since the fic contains a rather dead version of Sombra, I would like to do a shout out to Ice Star and his fic All The Lingers, because I'm pretty sure it subconsciously inspired me. It's still one of my favorite stories on the site and it deserves all the attention. As does the rest of his writing. (I have also linked the story in my own fic's notes)

Inspiration is a strange thing, sometimes it's not there and sometimes it just smacks you in the face.
