Consequences update. · 2:12pm May 21st, 2020
Okay, so I know production on this story has fallen by the wayside, but that was because I had a couple of other more pressing projects to get finished first. Those are taken care of, so it's back to work on Consequences.
However, you may have to wait a little while longer before you see anything. Normally, the way I work is, I start writing until I reach what seems to the be the best place to end a chapter. If it's going badly, I try to make sure there's a minimum of 900-1000 words before posting. The idea is to take what is turning out the be the longest story I've ever written (we are FIRMLY into novel length territory right now) and break it down into something manageable that I know I can work with. Writing 7000-10000 words in a chapter is difficult. Writing 1000 words per day is much more manageable for me.
But, for what's coming next, I don't want to break it up into multiple chapters. No no, I want to hit you hard and fast with what's going to happen. So, while I am writing, don't expect to see anything until I have the entire next sequence of events finished. I don't know when that will be. It depends on what happens while I'm writing.
But I wanted to give all of you a heads up on what's going on. So that's what's going on. Hope to see you soon.
